Lowepro Pro Runner 350 vs 450

I've quickly outgrown my sling 202 and I'm looking at these two. I don't have a store to compare and wanted some opinions and how much bigger the 450 is than the 350. This will be my do all bag.

Lowepro makes some good stuff, I have the fastpack 350, and it's such an awesome bag. I got it brand new for a steal on ebay. Paid $70 for it.
