Last year I shot a beautiful pool side wedding at a friends house, and after I left, one of the guests jumped into the pool, and broke his neck, leaving him paralyzed. A couple weeks after, they through a fundraising auction for him and the family, and I donated a 6 hour wedding package. When I found out who had the winning bid, I was pleasantly surprised, as I met Luke several years ago through softball, and knew it wouldbe a great client.
Fast forward to the wedding week. The bride and groom invited me to go houseboating with them, and booked me for an additional 5 hours work. They were so fun, excited, emotional in a good way
I only pulled a few teasers for them - but the details are going to be amazing. They had a sangria ceremony, the best man and MOH sang the first dance song, the bride is an executive chef and catered it all, the groom and brother jammed with the live band, and the brother of the bride did a tap dance. And it was all done so well. The creative energy and talent in that space made it the best wedding I have ever shot. Ever.
C&C is always appreciated!
