LX100 vs RX100 Mk3

Hi there! I'm looking to buy my first camera. It'll be my gateway to photography so I want it to take good stills. Also, I'll be using it to shoot film projects for school, so I also want it to have a nice set of video features. I'm not going to be changing lens so I went for fixed lens cameras.

My budget is around PHP 25,000 (~$500) and buying used is okay.

I found that the LX100 and RX100 Mark III are the great all-around cameras. A brand new LX100 costs the same as a used RX100 III here in the Philippines. The secondhand Sony also comes with two extra batteries and a camera bag.
