Made the Jump

Hello all....

to all who know and those who dont, I use to use Minolta, and had a 7D.
Tha was recently stolen, and have decided to go full blown Canon.

I am purchasing a 1Ds (the 11 mp) and am in need of some help.

First: Is there a Magic lanturn book on this thing or not?
Second: Its fustrating to go search for items and find the 1Ds mk 2 or 3 comming up in the search engines. Where can I get info on the MK1!!!! Please.....
Third: I need imput on this thing as to how folks like it. I know itll dust the 7D, but hell its two years older than it. So.....
Any imput is welcome..
