It's a very cool picture. My changes would be to certainly get the whole toad's stool in the pic, and to not crop the top nearly so close to the head. Colors and composite are great.

I agree with the suggestion that bronzeo made. Overall the lighting on the girl is good, but she's got some hotspots on her nose and shoulder, might be more pronounced due to the compression of the image though.
