Make an Avantar

Hey guys, im having real trouble trying to resize an image to use as my avantar. I fancy a change. Is there something im missing? Tried resizing the image size, and reducing the resolution, but its still too big.
Is there any chance someone could make this image small enough for my avantar?
(ps this isnt the attempt )

You just have to put in in the avatar thing and it works.
I think it resizes it automatically?

strange, in my case none of my Avatars did resize ... always had to do it by myself before I could do it!
