Mamiya RZ67 sync issue

No matter if I'm using a speedlight on the hotshoe, cyber commander, or PC sync cord the flash always fires a slit second after the shutter close. I changed the battery in the camera last month.

I can't find anything online about this issue.

Any ideals?

Is this with all lenses and all shutter speeds?
