Here is another couple I had the opportunity to follow from engagment thru wedding! They were married at this beautiful renovated church!

2. Converted to black and white and added a warming filter - a softer effect I think.

Some nice shots here. I was just laughing at #7...the groomsman has flowers growing out of his head

I was thinking that it would be annoying to have a mirror directly behind/in front of where they were conducting the wedding...but it might also make for some great shots if they are facing that way.

A great set of pictures! The bride should be very happy.:D

I, too, am curious to the equip used. I'm trying to do better at indoor photography and want to learn! ;)

Very nice pictures. What equipment did you use for this?

Thanks for the compliments!

When I shoot a wedding ceremony I take 2 cameras, my Pentax K20D and my Pentax istDL. I put my 18-55 mm lens on the K20 and a telephoto 70-300mm on the istDL. They both hang around my neck so that I can grab the telephoto for any close-ups and I use the 18-55 for general stuff. In this case, there was no flash used. ISO was 400. The room was surrounded in windows, giving off plenty of natural light. I did grab my off camera flash for some at the reception as the lighting got worse.

I think #9 (flower girl) is the best one, even with those miscellaneous items (brush, water bottle, kleenex box) in frame. She's adorable (probably a brat, though......j/k).

Great job.

What do you have the aperture set on with the iso at 400? Thanks for your help so far! I shoot with a Nikon but I can still learn from this.:D

Once again Twocolor great pix they all are great......
