To me, it looks like it should be part of a notecard, maybe a get well card. As art ... *shrug* Not really sure on things to improve other than subject matter. For a picture of half a mug of tea, it's nice.

I'm afraid there wasn't anything there to keep my attention, and I can't really decide what you were going for, but sometimes that whole air of mystery can work. Not this time, sorry.
