Mob/Social Protest PLEASE IDENTIFY!

Can anyone identify this photograph?
I have been assigned to take photographs similar to this photo shown here and my mission is to first find out where this photo is from!
I only know it's from a social movement/protest done in the past...

The photo is too small to really say much. You would need to take close looks into their fashion and hair styles to determine the time when it was taken (late sixties is my guess), and the architecture of the building in the background and also the make of the lamp post to get closer to where it was taken (my guess is France). And then go from there.

To take a similar one should not be difficult once you come past a political demonstration.
