1) Dunno, but you could get rid of it easily.

2) I don't see any noise on my screen, but the pic is tiny. I can say it's not distracting me at all. Can you put it on here bigger for closer scrutiny?

3) I can't really see the eyes either. I think it needs to be bigger.
