What ISO were you shooting at? Many of your pictures have a lot of noise.

. I used the highest setting, one notch above 1600. I think it was HI1 or HI2. Yeah, I see the noise too. I wish I knew how that could have been avoided.

I can only recommend www.neatimage.com for these (some would recommend NoiseNinja, I guess they both do much the same), for particularly the jellyfish pics (which are lovely complementary colours with that deep blue background!) would benefit from a run through it. I have used their demo version for years now and have so far been happy enough with that, too, and that can be downloaded for free.
