Monterey Bay Aquarium

My wife and I finally found enough time to slip away from her family and go down to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I figured this was a perfect time to play with my new toy .I recently decided I was sick of hauling around my D90 and lenses, so I sold it all and moved to mirrorless, specifically a Sony a5000 because the price was right. I've been rather impressed with this tiny little body that was only $300 with a kit lens and I've been loving the ability to adapt a lot of cheap legacy glass to E-Mount. So, all of these were shot with my new a5000 and legacy Nikon 105/2.5. Most were shot at f/4 or f/5.6, but I didn't keep records and it's not in the exif. Almost all were shot at 1/250 sec in shutter priority. All are jpeg straight out of the camera. I shot jpeg because I'm really just playing around and only have my tablet with me to mess with them anyway.

Very nice! I tried taking pics at an aquarium not so long ago and mine werent nearly as nice as yours!
