cool tones, nice glow . . . overall its good on the technical side, but it doesn't really bring any emotion out for me.

I also like the tones and the glow...but I find it too busy. What is the subject? Is it the flooded area, or the people casually watching it? Or the people & motorcycles? There is just too much going on. In my opinion anyway.
