Yeah, I know. I'm getting sick of them, too, but nothing else is blooming in my yard yet. Anyway, with the exception of the first two, these pictures were taken yesterday when it was a lovely 70 degrees Fahrenheit outside. C&C appreciated. Enjoy! :)

The bees in the next two shots took me completely by surprise. I was taking pictures of the flowers, and they just suddenly showed up and started doing their job. :)

#1 is my favorite

gorgeous shots btw.

Surprise-surprise: I like Photo 3 the most. Though there is more green in #1.
And the bees came in handy ... and hey. You kept the focus on them all right (best in #5) ... I would have got all excited and shaking with delight and therefore the photos would have come out ... yeah, well, like that, I'm afraid.

Thanks, Corinna. I'm really happy with the way the bee shots turned out. I normally don't have such great luck with them. They normally fly away before I can get this close. I guess these two were just brave girls (or the same bee, but I doubt it, since the pictures were taken over an hour apart).

I like #5 the best, but the tight crop cuts off the LH side of the flower.

Thanks. Yeah, I was a little disappointed with that, but I had to be quick with that shot. I'm surprised it turned out as well as it did.
