Im not sure how long #2 will stay in the gallery, i dont think i hit the focus spot exactly where i wanted it. Something about his pose though made me think of bumblebee from transformers (maybe im just lame though). We will see how you guys review it. #3 was just fun and kind of shows the DOF or lack of that i get to work with when doing this. It was achieved by slightly tilting the camera so the one eye would hit focus and not the other.


*edit - if anyone can identify the insect in #1 itd be appreciated. also Identify any in my gallery if you are bored ( http://www.pbase.com/tamar88 )

thanks a lot for the comments. #1 i really liked the composition as i was setting up to take the shot, as soon as i fired he flew away. good thing shutters are quick.

all these are uncropped so the magnification is crazy
