More silhouettes with colour background

The sky did not turn "all colours" in the evening of the day following the one when I took the first series of "Silhouettes with colour background", but it was quite nice, too ... and I thought that when the pylons and power lines cannot be avoided, they need to be included

1.

Unfortunately, this one would not "survive" being presented any larger. It has a fair amount of shake, despite the fact that by then (with the light given at the time) the camera already was mounted to the tripod.

This one's sharp, but ... just to go with the other, I chose the same (small) size...

And a bit of a pano-crop...

And just one that would actually better go with the first series (other thread), but was taken on the same evening as the pylons ... so ... here it is:

Very nice! You really used those power lines to your advantage. I think the second and the last really stand out for me!

I'm impressed by these, I can't say I have many spots that would make for good silhouette shots, but it's definately something I have been wanting to do more with. Quite inspiring.
