Morning light and neighbors plant.

Here's a couple of pics I took the other morning of some plant in my neighbors yard. I liked the way the light went through it. I couldn't decided on which one I liked more so here's both (same plant little diff angle). Im kind of leaning towards the 2nd one because I like the background a little better. No photoshop just little sharpening before converting to jpeg. C & C welcome

I'd say the blurred red background of the second one is a lot more distracting than what you have in the first picture. Great first picture! Nice composition and lighting, I for one, love backlit plants.

Both good shots...but I'd go with everyone else in, the first shot for me also.
The b/g blue really compliments the red/yellow of the grass.
