Mountains + Snow + Clouds + Trees (aka Greetings from Schladming - Austria)

Shoot these pics on our ski-holiday last week in Schladming, Styria, Austria. The weather was quite ugly, almost no sunshine, mostly rain, lot of clouds, fogy. The mountain in most backgrounds is the "Dachstein" mountain.

1 is killer! Blows the others away in my opinion. Great shot! 4 is also pretty nice.

I love #1, misty and beautiful, with just a hint of color , almost like b/w.

Oh yes, exactly! Thats maybe a point, where I was very undecided during the post-processing of these photos. Namely, they were all (especially the 1,5,9,10,11,12) almost pure B&W. I was thinking about following 3 options:

1. Convert the photos to B&W
2. Leave the photos as they are, color, but mostly 99% only grayscale
3. Add enormous saturation and play with Shadow/Highlight Tool to the maximum

I decided to do the 3. option. Stil not sure, if it was the best choice... Any thoughts on that?
