Movie editing software for D90?

Hi all, i'm looking for some half decent software i can get so i can fool around more with the video mode on the D90, what are people using?

I dont want to spend a fortune(as ever), just something with menus/titles, transitions and a few effects would be nice...

Windows Movie Maker can do all of that and is likely already right there on your computer. If you use a Mac, my condolences.
