Movie Review: Green Lantern

There are very few parts of this movie that aren't predictable, cliche or laughably corny. I defy you to watch the first fifteen minutes without thinking of Hot Shots. This movie is stock everything - characters, plot, scenes, everything. The only thing original is the CGI. Film making 101 at work here.

So yeah, if you enjoyed every other mediocre super hero, or just action hero, film ever made you'll probably enjoy it. This is about as blatantly standard as a movie gets.

I agree, it's a shallow movie wrapped in nice effects. The visuals are nice to look at, but everything else is medizzzzzzzzzzzzzz
