My guess is that this is a fairly long exposure (10-30sec.?) in which the model is sitting in the frame for about half (or so?) of the exposure, then quickly gets up and leaves the frame. It looks to good to be edited in. Or am I wrong?

Approximately 20 second exposure where I stepped in for about half of the time, then stepped out.

"Moving Out" might have been a more emotive title but I actually AM moving in, so...
