    Hey guys,

I want to create a slideshow of a recent wedding and upload it to Youtube.

I want to use the songs the couple used ie first dance song...

    Will I get in trouble?

Had a quick look at royalty free music, but it ain't quite the same...

    Thanks!

Only if you get caught. Unless the music is specifically indiated as being in the public domain and free for use, then there is almost certainly some restriction on its use; "royalty free" is simply a one-time fee for use vice a fee-per-use. While it's unlikely that anyone would "catch you", it's always a possibility, and aside from that, there's the ethical aspect. How would you feel about someone taking your images and using them without permission?

YouTube vets most music in videos as you upload them. They just won't let it be posted if the music is questionable in their estimation.
