My 1rst post !!!

I gotta a new digital camera recently.....i was "playing" with it, when my nice was around and i took a few shots
Here it is

I like the angle on these--getting down to eye level with kids usually gives those kinds of shots a much better perspective. I'd suggest a tighter crop to really emphasize your subject, and maybe balancing a bit in PS to bring out the warmer skin tones. Cute kid!!

ditto... try to focus on the subject and not the surroundings. Don't be afraid to use the zoom, but stay away from the digital zoom.

try to capture the emotion of the subject and not just the image. Remember look though "new eyes".
