When I enlarged them all of these images seem a little fuzzy, particularly the first one. What were the settings you used to capture these?

Shot in JPEG fine, Aperture priority, no flash, ISO 100

On the flower you missed focus, perhaps you were too close to the flower? On the other 3, you shot at f11, iso 100 which gave you a shutter speed that was to low to prevent motion blur. I would recommend raising your ISO. On static subjects use AF-single point with focus priority, it will help getting your shots sharper. For moving subjects, especially birds you need a fast shutter speed..
