I'd go with a black frame and white matting. There's not much cropping possible, so you'd probably be better served by an 8x10 print. I like to hang smaller images in hallways and stairs, where they can be appreciated up close.
Seriously, the only thing I would work on is *very carefully* cloning out the reflection of the paws in the pups' left eye. The other reflections aren't distracting, and you don't want to mess with those long lashes. You may also want to clone out the strand of fur that's nearly vertical and exits the top of the frame (right under the "p" in "sep 17") as it looks disconnected from the rest of the image.
