My Favorite Picture thus Far

So far, I have liked this picture of mine the best.

Does anyone have any critique for it? I would really like to improve my photography, as I am still rather new to it.

The only thing that I would like to see is maybe not have the sun not centered in the middle.

But the image is beautiful.

My gut tells me to want a crop to move the sun off-centre, BUT that would crop out at least part of the sun dog, which would spoil the picture. Can you do a square crop?
