My First Portraits

Hey guys. I was feeling like attempting some portraits last night, so here are my first three worth posting

A self portrait;

One of my sister;

One of my other sister;

Neat concepts, good pics, but I'm not a fan of the cropping. First one I think is too high on the chin... I'd have cropped it to the neck. Second one actually works, but the third one I'd have cropped either a bit higher or a bit lower; just having part of the nose is a bit awkward

I agree with WNK. The focus looks alittle off in the eye on the third one... and if there was a little more light on the pupil it might work alittle better... just kind of blocky in there...
keep it up!

Yeah I noticed that in the third photo, bad thing is all of the photos of her were screwed and I didn't want to leave her out. hehe.

I never noticed but now that you picked out that cropping issue in the third it makes alot of sense and is akward to even me now Good point WNK.
