My first studio shots...

So I've decided to get some gear to do studio work in my home, on a P/T basis. I needed some help getting the portfolio up so I can attract some paying customers. First up is my brother and his daughter. I already see some mistakes, that will be fixed for next time- I need to turn up the power on the lights a little more. and for some reason when i uploaded the pics to the computer, I realized the ISO was too high leaving some noise. Don't remember why I turned it up, but will be more careful next time.

Besides what I posted that I already did wrong, any other advice?

BTW, photographing a very active 10 month old is hard work, lol.
