Took a Pic of my Mother a couple weeks back. Not bad for 81 years young.

Beautiful job on color, focus, and depth of field. The softness adds a great touch. Not sure why you chose the horizontal orientation though. The top is getting pretty close to her head. Personally, I would have done it as a vertical.

Either way, I'm sure your mother loves it! What a fantastic smile and joyful look she has there.

Thanks NJMAN, I very seldom shoot vertical. I don't know why, I just don't like it much.
