My old Western Exposure Meter finaly bit the dust

And I just got a Gossen Luna Pro to replace it.

Sweet meter and easy to use, if you're looking for a light meter at a reasonable price I recommend it.

Mike if you're pretty good at tinkering with stuff, you might want to try carefully disassembling the old Weston meter and see if the contacts on the selenium cell simply just need some cleaning. Mine had been intermittent and all it took was a gentle swabbing with a Q-tip with some alcohol to bring it back. However, I do have a couple of the Gossen Pro meters and even if you fix the Weston, you may never use the Weston again as the Gossens work so well.

I'm glad you went to Gossen Luna Pro. I have the same meter, and agree, it is quite nice.
