Maybe you should just post a few here... most of us do not like unknown links.

Most of us have no interest in trying to C&C more than 2 or 3 photos at a time.

Just offhand:

you really need to work on framing and composition

white balance is off on a lot of them.

Learn to work with light.. flash, and reflectors.

You need to work on your post processing, be consistent with it...

If you want detailed C&C... post some images!

Keep shooting, practice makes perfect!

You'll find many on these forums can be quite harsh, myself included. I'd say you need to pick up a few books on proper exposure techniques. I don't often critique composition because thats where everyone has their own preferences, but understanding the basics never hurts. More than anything, focus less on managing a website and more on managing the camera! Get yourself some flashes or reflectors, learn to see, and bend that light!
