my room at nite

ok so this is a shot of my bed, at nite, door closed and basically no light. i set the camera to it's lowest aperture and went to bulb and then had a remote shutter release hold the shutter on until the cameras battery died lol. now the thing is i have a heating blanket cause it is cold and the dial puts off some light, bottom right. then the top i have no idea what that is, and i have no idea why i have so much noise. do you guys know why this happens? i am looking for just answers for that, not the foto itself. thanks!

The longer the shutter, the more noise you introduce into your pictures.
