hey guys im new here but not new to forums, i belong to a couple volvo forums and a saltwater fish forum. i have always loved taking pics but have never had/could afford a good camera. i just bought a Nikon D40 and wanted to get into the photography world, i hope you guys are as much of a help as the other forums i belong to. well here are some pics i have taken over the years mostly with a sony cyber shot, not the best camera so please dont hate too much, enjoy!!

sorry if that was too many pics, tell me what you think. and aslo what is a good place to put pics online?

Well you've got yourself started. Take more pictures read a few articles figure out what all the settings on your camera do. We're trying to start back up the Bi-Weekly assignments which should be a great place to get ideas and hopefully technical knowledge.

Sorry for the double post but I use both flickr and photobucket photobucket for putting up on here and flickr I'm just starting to use to get another avenue for feedback.
