Few shots of some bldgs in Nashville.... Feedback please!

Couple issues here. Perspective is tilted on number 1. Framing on the last one is way off center and tilted. Not appealing. I like the distorted angle you were trying to use but you have some issues with the light poles getting in the way. Watch for this stuff when your out shooting.

Your contrast is a little heavy too and youre getting a lot of gray scale as opposed to bw.

But the great this is that you have a great city to work with. Keep it up.

Yea I forgot to go back and fix the tilt. I do get told that I go overboard with the contrast, but that is just the way I like it. Thanks for the input!!

I fixed the two tilted ones...I think..according to my grids they are evened out now. These are the color versions.

See here with this one the tower is straight now but the perspective is still distorted. The problem is that you are trying to get a flat frontal profile of the building but you are not aligned in the center of the building for your framing. You being of to the side makes it look odd when you correct the distortion. Two easy things you can do to work with this. One is to line up with the building dead center. Sometimes this works easy sometimes not. Two would be to use a different angle where you can use the distortion to get a cool angle like you did with the first three.

I agree, I thought it still looked weird, along with the fourth one. This shot was actually taken aways away from the building, possibly through a window of another building, I can't remember. Thanks!

Great shots SKHigh. Makes me think of home ;-) I've got a similar shot to the last one showing floating clouds in the glass. I've also got a shot of a guy sitting outside it playing a guitar.
