Afternoon sunlight through the mist over a hard frost earlier this month

Wow, pretty cool. Is this how it looked to the eye? Did you edit this pic at all?

Pretty well as seen - a wonderful day from golden early morning light (this one was used on BBC Look East Weather forecast) to bright white for a while mid day to golden light again late afternoon. It went through Lightroom to give a bit more contrast (black and white points) and cropping and a touch of post crop vignette.

It is the view from my garden so I am somewhat spoilt.

Fangman, congrats on getting this photo presented on the BBC weather forecast!
And more congrats on the view, you know how much I like it. Approaching Ely from where we did, I kept trying to find out where you might be so you'd have that view but I think you're further "round", the other way?
