ND Filter color correction.

I hope I got this in the right forum, I have

a few ND filters, Tiffen, so fairly good product I would guess.

When shooting 20 plus second daytime exposures all the colors get altered.

Some of the photos shot, depending on background and location can be fixed in post, but some are just beyond "repairing"

Any suggestions for ways to fix?.....better filters?

Any help would be appreciated.
