Need a quality printing service

I need t print out about 60 photos for a portfolio to pitch into cafes, restaraunts etc. I had a coulple prints done at staples but the colors are not that vibrant and there is a decent amount of banding going on. Price is a concern and I dont want to pay upwards of $300 for my portfolio... Anyone know any online print services that creat quality prints at an affordable price or am I just going to have to bit e the bullet and pay 4-6 dollars a page. By the way I am looking to print out 8.5 x 11 pages.

Sony Image station has some good prices right now, and just got very good reviews in pop photo.

My favorite and the favorite of a lot of pros is EL-CO Color Labs at http://www.elcocolor.com/images/default_06.gif 8x10's go for $2.50-3.50. Hope this works out.
