Need Help - Panasonic TZ30, Sony cybershot hx20v or Olympus SZ-31MR

Hi,

I am looking for a replacement for my aging Panasonic TZ3 and am having difficulty choosing between 3 cameras, the Panasonic TZ30, Sony cybershot hx20v or the Olympus SZ-31MR

The TZ3 takes great outdoor photos but for indoor and low light situations I find the flash too powerful and the noise reduction too strong.

I would like a simple camera which my wife can use to take photos of the kids and quick holiday snaps as well as a camera i can "play" with.

I have found many conflicting reviews on all 3 cameras and i really need some advice. I am more swaying towards the Sony and the Olympus due to the option to take photos while you are shooting video... although i would also even consider waiting for a new model of the Panasonic to come out if this option would be added in the near future...
