Hi all,
Just picked up one of these scanners off of eBay and need some help with part of its functionality. The unit will scan either slides or 35mm film/filmstrips. It's this second option that I'm having problems with.
The unit will respond when a slide is inserted but when I feed it a filmstrip, nothing happens. It's supposed to automatically autoload a filmstrip once its inserted but I haven't been able to get it to do this.
Can anyone out there offer up some advice about this? Scanning filmstrips is the sole reason I bought it so I really need to make it work!
For what it's worth, I downloaded the most current drivers and firmware update off of the Pacific Image website. I'm trying to use it on a Win XP machine.
