need your expert advice on cam and len

I got the 550D couple of months back with a 18-135mm lens. I'm looking to shoot some food/product and interior/architecture and considering my budget at present i have narrowed down on the 10-22mm and the 50mm 2.5 macro.

so my question is? are these OK for the moment?
should i be looking at the 100mm macro as well.
to shoot portraiture do i need to invest in an other 500mm 1.4 len?
and since i'm looking to take my photography serious should i swap my body for a full-frame now or make do with it for a while? and if so which one?
