Hi there and welcome to the forum. I feel it's important to mention right from the start that it's not the EQUIPMENT which determines the quality of a photo, but the person PRESSING THE BUTTON :) Okay you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, and all things being equal a really good photographer will be able to take more creative, inventive shots with suitably-versatile equipment which allows him to realise his ideas. But that same equipment would still churn out complete rubbish in the hands of a poor photographer.
