Recall this project surfacing last fall. Here we are in early 2023 waiting for the vapor to clear. Pentax actually delivering on(and selling) its compact film camera project recently announced will help validate the concept. The biggest gorilla in the room is the steady rise in film prices. If these cameras eventually cost close to a grand or more, I suspect most hobby film shooters will stick with their current gear until it breaks.

They're already paying 20 bucks in TO for a roll of 35mm Ektar. Sky's the limit!

Don't care what camera my customers use just keep shooting more film but mostly keep shooting more BW for me to process and balloon my house down payment.
