hey im new into photography, i just moved to a new place for school and couldent use my camera since i had a broken hand, so today its al healed so i went out and took a shot of the river.
looking for feedback,

things are blurred....need a faster shutter I would say.

To be honest, the image is not compelling because of the lack of a clear subject and purpose, and very flat, low contrast lighting.

I dont think the streaks are long enough. Try doubling the shutter speed to 4 seconds and then to 8 seconds and see how they turn out.
