New Baby!

My daughter Marielena was born on saturday! :lovey:

Here are some pics from her... Not the best, but then the hospital sucks for taking pics...

01. Fresh from the oven! Just got out from the operating room to pediatrics.

02. A few hours after she was born, she was cuddling with her mommy.

03. A rare sight... Eyes Open!!

04. My wife in a rocking chair after we took her home. I like this one!

05. That's me bathing her. Someone snapped an out of focus pic, so I added grain and some motion blur... But I'm not sure about this one.

It's exiting having a new baby at home... A New subject to photograph! So far I've learned that: a) Babies are cute. b) Extremely difficult to photograph c) Their moms are not willing to let them be naked so their clothes are not in the way for nice pics. Not even for one minute.

(And I like the out of focus shot, it's something I'd try to do even if I had a clear photo to begin with).
