Heya! I've been lurking for a few days and decided to register.

I'm just about to finish up my first 100 level photo class and sign up for the next one next week. We've had a DSLR in the house for about 8 years now (D70s). My husband picked up a D90 and then a D7000 in the last couple of years. I figured I should figure out how to actually use them.

I take photos of my kids and the nieces and nephews and my friends kids and I also second shoot at RC flying events with my husband. I'm having fun going through his gear and pilfering and learning as I go.
