I can't believe it has taken me so long to join a photo forum. Have kicked around the idea for a while. I guess I should introduce myself though. I'm about to enter my 40th year of life. Have been a shutterbug for as long as I can remember. I currently shoot digital and film. Hand develop my own prints in my darkroom. While I'm a fan of medium format and shoot with a Mamiya RB-67 I also have a couple Canon EOS ELan 7s that I still use for film as well as a few vintage 35mm cameras I use from time to time to include a 1936 Argus Model A.

One of the best photographs I ever took in my life was taken in Waterloo, Iowa. With a Brownie Reflex camera around 1949 or so. A photo of an Illinois Central steam locomotive spewing out black smoke and looking like it was going 90 mph. With a box camera with a very slow shutter. It was taken where the IC tracks cross Glenwood near where the Construction Machinery company plant used to be. Welcome to the forum.
