New guy in the PNW

Hi guys and gals, I am brand new to the site and figured I would stop in here and say hi! I picked up my first DSLR today for a pretty good deal and have started messing around with it a little. I bought a Cannon Rebel XS 1000D with a 18-55mm lens on it, the main reason that I bought this camera is to do some local paintball pictures this next summer and it was in my price range. I have been looking at getting a lens with some more zoom to it so feel free to throw out some budget minded options. Thanks for reading this and have a good one!

Glad to see someone else on here shares the love of 'ballin! Thinking I am going to go to DBS' indoor pump night on the 16th, and def. gonna bring my camera. You should come down and grab some pics as well
