new member intro and some pics

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. My name is AJ and I recently got into photography after being away from the camera since high school....a long time ago..... at anyrate i recently picked up a nikon d70 and am shooting with an 18-55 kit lens as well as a 70-300mm zoom lens. personally i dont think my stuff is that great but i do enjoy getting out there and having fun with friends and its a never ending learning experience for me. so any input would be appreciated in either direction. the photos im linking here are from i blog i started to document my journey and growth.
