sorry but i did not know how to upload my photo can anyone tell me

go to imageshack.us or photobucket (you can google them) and then post your picture using the link they provide for u

Once you have found out how to upload your pics (you can consult the forums FAQs for that question), make also sure you read through the guidelines for this very Photo Critique section ... for even though it is part of the "Foundations of Photography", for this specific section they are quite "strict" ... so if what you want to get in showing us your pics are some GENERAL comments and critique, you should choose one of our several picture galleries (a bit further down).
